This directory contains pieces for adding to a current Tcl7.6-based
distribution.  If you don't have Tcl yet, get neotcl7.6.tar.gz and
build from it.

Postgresql support: as of Postgresql-6.3.1, the NeoSoft changes have
been incorporated into the Postgresql distribution.  No customizations
are needed to interface NeoWebScript with this database.

Gd1.2.tar.gz contains a bug fix, so use it instead of others.
