Binds an ActiveX/OLE Control event to a Tcl procedure

USAGE
pathName bind event ?script?

This command queries of modifies the binding of the event defined by the ActiveX Control pathName. If script is supplied, then from now on, script will be evaluated when event occurs. The events are defined by the control -- see the TOCX info command for details.

EXAMPLE

tocx .smi .smi SMILE.SmileCtrl.1
.smi bind Outside ".b config -text (?,?)"

Binds the Outside event of the Smile Control to the script ".b config -text (?,?)"
