Gibt einen 'Quoted Printable'-String zurück, der gemäß » RFC2045, Abschnitt 6.7, erzeugt wurde.
Die Funktion ist vergleichbar mit imap_8bit(), mit dem Unterschied, dass sie kein IMAP-Modul benötigt.
